By downloading, installing, or using AstraHabit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
AstraHabit is a habit tracking application that helps users build and maintain positive habits. The App includes:
- Habit creation and daily tracking
- Progress visualization through constellations
- Achievement system and gamification
- Customizable themes
- Optional premium features available through in-app purchases
3. User Accounts
AstraHabit does not require user accounts. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:
- Subscriptions: Monthly or annual subscriptions that unlock premium features
- One-time purchases: Theme packs that are permanently unlocked
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests should be directed to the respective platform according to their refund policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your device's account settings.
5. Free Tier Limitations
The free version of AstraHabit includes:
- Up to 3 active habits
- Up to 1 active ritual
- Access to free themes
Premium subscriptions remove these limitations.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AstraHabit only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to circumvent any security features or purchase verification
7. Intellectual Property
AstraHabit and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by TwinSoftware and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
AstraHabit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- Any results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinSoftware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. Data Loss
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to:
- Device failure or damage
- Uninstalling the App
- Operating system updates or resets
We recommend regularly backing up your device.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to premium features for violations of these terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
