How do I restore my purchases?
Go to the paywall screen (tap "View options" in Profile) and tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom. This will restore any previous subscriptions or theme pack purchases associated with your Apple ID or Google account.
Why did my streak reset?
Streaks reset when you miss a day without using a freeze. You have 2 freezes per month per habit that you can use to protect your streak on days you can't complete your habit.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AstraHabit → Cancel Subscription
Android: Go to Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → AstraHabit → Cancel Subscription
Will I lose my data if I uninstall the app?
Yes, all your habit data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will delete all your data. We recommend keeping the app installed or waiting for future cloud backup features.
How does XP and leveling work?
You earn 10 XP each time you complete a habit. Every 50 XP, you gain a level (up to level 10). Completing rituals gives bonus XP. Your level is shown by the number of stars on your habit's constellation.
What's the difference between free and premium?
Free users can have up to 3 habits and 1 ritual, with access to 3 themes. Premium subscribers get unlimited habits and rituals, plus access to all 6 themes and future premium features.
Can I transfer my data to a new phone?
Currently, data transfer depends on your device's backup system. If you use iCloud Backup (iOS) or Google Backup (Android) with app data enabled, your habits should transfer when you restore to a new device. Cloud sync is planned for a future update.
